It's close to main tourist spots which was great. Breakfast can be improved, the area is bit crowded and flow of people can be better managed. Also breakfast items for a Hilton hotel can be or should be better.

We stayed one night. Front desk staff was friendly upon check-in. The room was exactly as it looks in the photos. The room spotless and the bathroom was excellent. Room had air conditioning and temp was perfect! Breakfast buffet was included in our stay. Coffee, juice and a complete all you can eat buffet was included. It was honestly delicious!! I think if our stay could have been improved, being advised upon check-in of the courtesy water re-fill station would have been nice. We used the parking garage which was underground, with access to the hotel lobby. No issues with parking. Nice big spots. Hotel is located in Old Montreal. It was close to shopping, restaurants and all the attractions we wanted to see. Outside does have a small section where the homeless stay. Sad situation but we were not bothered once. Overall, we would stay at the Hampton Inn again. Overall, 4.5 **** Thx!

My partner and I stayed here for a night and it was a lovely experience. The laundry facilities was easy to use and the room was very spacious. We were not expecting it to have a kitchen area so we were quite surprised. The price for the room was reasonable and the area isn’t too bad. It’s a walkable distance to Old Port. The breakfast area is a bit chaotic, but the selection was great! The lines for the breakfast station were very fast, it’s just crowded. The staffs topped up everything as fast as they could as it was pretty busy. Overall, a great stay here!

This hotel is the nicest one of the area but it is located in a rougher area of the city, from what we saw when in Montreal. Our stay was pretty good, except being woken by the cleaner at 830am to clean our room. The reason we were not up taking advantage of the free breakfast (one reason I booked here) was because on our first morning I went for breakfast and it was INSANE. Free food means people are rude, pushy, have no manners or courtesy. Children were running around the buffet like it was a playground and it was utter chaos. The buffet should be staffed to have some order and to ensure all their guests were getting breakfast. This would also ensure that cultery is replenished before being empty (which containers were very dirty inside) and avoid mad rushing of people to get cultery when it is replaced. On top of that, the area to eat is very large and very noisy. It was not pleasant at all, in my experience.
