Our Check in was a little complicated but Axel at the front-desk was amazing, dligent, pleasant and patient in the whole check-in process. Thank you, Axel. Room was fine but as with our previous stay and with previous stays at different hotels, it is almost unknown for washbasins to be able to close and retain the water! We enjoyed both our recent stays
