Coffee pots not enough for 2 adults, there was only one caffeinated and one decaff. Toilet papers not enogh for 2 adults and one kid. Didn’t want ti ask for more. There was no coffee machine in hallways although it was mentioned on google comments. Room was much simpler that shat was on google pictures. Clean room. Clean bath tub and toilet. Good ev car charger. Not had breakfast yet.

Staff is kind n courteous, rooms are okay. Need to walk from stay to reception for breakfast n all which is not feasible in winters. No good options in Breakfast, quality is quite okay. Does not get refill easily. Rates were comparatively high per hotel condition n due to festive season. Thanks to the staff who are doing their best to maintain it. Not happy with amenities and hotel facility. There are no rooms as per pictures so dont book just getting fascinated with king size room pictures..

This place is great if you are looking for a cheap and good quality place to sleep. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Location is nice, and not too far from Panama station. Breakfast is a nice perk. I spent many week-end night in here while I was destinies in St Jean, my go to hotel to visit Montreal.

Great place very nice staff extremely nice girl who checked us and also Neil at breakfast is incredible. They do offer a hot buffet breakfast with everything you can think of excellent price and very close to get to the city parking was very easy and they have an ice machine.

Disappointed... Our room floor was dirty, also it smelled bad when warmed up, we had to keep these window open most of the time. The hotel was renovated but they cut many corners, obviously it was a smoking room before and they never had really got rid of the smell from the walls and the furniture. The rating on Hotels. Com is misleading.

The room was clean and confortable. Only thing I did not like is that breakfast area is in a different building and that it closes at 10am during the weekend. It is very early in my opinion especially since we need to go in another building.
