Really excellent location. Right on Crescent street and half a block from St. Catherine. Ample shops and restaurants and Bar. I do suggest this hotel to the younger crowd who will be there for the nightlife. If you're not a nightlife crowd, the area is noisy. We stayed on the 10th floor and heard the noise until 4am. Again this is during patio season. I dont know what the area would is like when it gets a bit cold outside.

Great location. Staff were exceptional. A little loud on morning street side with construction starting around 6:30 am. Balconies are a great plus although my neighbors were smoking w33d non stop on theirs and filled the room especially with AC on.

Stayed here to attend an event at the Bell Centre. Location is perfect for this- an easy <10minute walk. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the block and it’s very walkable. There is however no on site parking, and the valet parking was full when we arrived. We had to park several blocks away in an underground facility which was ok but not great. The building is a bit old and the elevators VERY slow to wait for. The rooms were clean and simple. Would stay here again as long as I didn’t need car access during our stay. Check in staff were LOVELY and so kind. Upon checking out the desk staff was a bit curt, but not unprofessional.
