Staff was extremely helpful. I am fully blind and someone took me up, showed me all around the room, and in every interaction was excellent. This is our fifth time using this hotel, and we plan to continue making this our spot in Montreal.

Started as shower didn’t drain, fridge was broken had to be unplugged because was causing whole unit to rattle. Then at 5am there was a massive party happening the room over. Called to complain, the music stopped but somehow the conversation/ party got louder. Didn’t do much else and couldn’t refund

Front desk staff were amazing. I must say housekeeping was a disappointment. Not very thorough at cleaning and did not fill the soap dispensers in the bathroom either before arrival or after 1st night stay. I left a large tip that should have warranted better and more thorough cleaning. Bathroom mirror was never cleaned before or after overnight. Drummond location was far superior to this particular branch. Good location and not complicated if you have visitirs.

Room was in general good. Would be nice if they had shoe trays to catch all the salt & melting snow in the entrance ways (or something to wipe up the front). Also there was an issue with or shower hose leaking like crazy & hot water not that hot. But staff was friendly & great location for walking everywhere downtown
