Very good, though the air conditioning unit was making a bleep noise every 30 seconds, even when switched off, which made sleeping difficult. Probably needs maintenance.

Big space for the money. Handy as between the station and the old town. Loved the record player and selection of Canadian artists discs (although all pretty scratched, and where was Rush and Neil Young if were doing Canadian artists?!) All in all, very happy and would recommend to anyone

Location location location. Space and amenities were good though on low end in terms of quality of finishes, furnishings and supplies; and hvac system can be loud. But nonetheless, a good property. However pne thing that should be considered if traveling with kids, and/or a single woman, the propertu is located on the heart of homeless central.

Spacious room but needs some attention

This place met our needs. Rooms are big and comfortable enough. Small beds though. Location is convenient. There are a lot of homeless people that stay in the square outside the Guy-Favreau complex which is immediately adjacent to the hotel entrance. The room we were in was a bit run down… Scuffs all over the walls, one chair missing a screw so the arm falls off, a hinge is off the door to the washer/dryer so the door scrapes along the floor and has dented it, the tiles in the bathroom aren’t stable, and I think there may be a water leak from the shower that shows up with moisture in between the bedroom floorboards. One window is sealed with paper towel which is weird. The check-in process was easy and the location is very walkable to Old Montreal and the port. There is very easy transit or bike share access close by and a supermarket too which was nice.
