I Did get information for check in. No code when I arrived. I saw someone there and thatbI got access to the place. It was very unclean as if someone checked out and no one cleaned the property. I spoke to owner on someone phone and he asked 2 hours to get it cleaned. While waiting a couple came to check in so the property was double booked but they had longer stay than myself. I would never recommend this property because unprofessionalism and no form of communication on my part. I left standing to seek a property for us in middle of new place on a holiday weekend. The worst experience ever. I never knew someone could be this cruel to someone who paid money for a service and never received any. A friend had to accommodate us as there was nowhere to stay.

This property was listed on Expedia, but was actually a VRBO and when I booked it the price was higher than the Expedia listing. When I arrived the front door of the building was open and a man was changing in the hallway. The stairs up to the unit were crumbling and unsafe. The unit itself was oddly laid out and smelled strangely. While the unit had been cleaned, there were no sleeping pillows and the mats in the bedroom area were quite dirty. Above all the building did not feel safe for a single woman on her own. I reached out to the host, who did respond but basically told me I needed to lock the front door of the building. He did send photos confirming the unit had been cleaned which I could see it had, but when I requested a refund he stopped corresponding with me. So overall this was a very poor experience and I would definitely not recommend anyone stay at this place.
