The hotel was close to everything, restaurants, shopping, interstate, etc. The shower could have been a little more clean, but overall, the stay was 10/10. I didn't really interact with the staff, but they always greeted me with a smile.

Friendly staff, very helpful with suggestions for restaurants. The room was nice, but the bathroom needed some attention. There was a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower curtain rod and there were hairs in the sink when I went in the room

Seems this hotel is leveraging Hilton name but not living up to the Hilton Brand.Hotel looks to have been refurbished at some point, very old style with a motel feel. Cleaning staff did not do very well cleaning. Left over food was still in the refridgerator from previous guest. Soap dispensor was empy my entire stay even after requesting to be filled. I will look at other options for stay next time.

The room was initially nice and clean, as was the bathroom. Staff was friendly and personable. Only real issue was for a 4 night stay, only two towels were initially provided. i had to ask for more, which should not have been necessary. With the heat in Montgomery, plus with me going to rehearsal for a wedding and the actual wedding, I was taking more than one shower a day. If someone had checked the room for cleaning during the 4 days i stayed, they would have realized the shortage of towels. Also, while the continental breakfast was tasty, a little more variety is suggested. scrambled eggs and chicken sausage every morning becomes boring.

The room was clean , air was good. I didn’t like the shower. It was to dark and damp and tiny. The hallway needed vacuuming. No microwave. Otherwise a good inexpensive place to stay.lots of food places in walking distance. Felt safe!

Check in girl was very nice. Terrible breakfast, didn’t even have the strawberry cream cheese in a chilled container. It was definitely out of temperature and I should have called health dept. Didn’t even have regular cream cheese or eggs or and meat. Nothing cooked, just looked like a lazy staff that didn’t want to have to prep anything. Trash was full and all the tables were dirty.
