I did not enjoy my stay at all! The room had clogged shiwer kitchen and bathroom sink. There was food inside the garbage disposal. Which did not work. We were giving a replacement room. Which was full of black mold! And smelly plus extremely dirty. So we went back to the original room. They had no maintenance to repair the plumbing from Friday check in till Monday. Which we left the property that Monday Morning to go out on the town. We returned to find out that our room keys were not work to the room. It keep denying us entry. We were then meet by a gentleman UNLOCKING our room door and exiting the room! He stated he was the maintenance. Their to repair the clogs and disposal. Only to find out he was going through our belongings inside of our room. When asked about does anyone let the guests know that maintenance would be coming a day and time. He then got angry and stated (im jus maintenance). I reported the incident to the office. Then 10 minutes later the maintenance guy came from the back building angry and approached me. He got close in my face and told me I lied on him. I ask the gentleman why did he have the deadbolt on the door locked to where we could not enter a room that I paid for and my belongings are inside. The gentleman then squared up to me in fighting position. Then stated (you stay right here I got something for you) By this time another worker whom was a women saw what he was doing and called the manager. She then yelled (Billy report to the office now).

The room and furniture was just dirty. Carpet had so many stains in it. Not good when I can’t even take my socks off at any point without my slippers being close by. No live bugs we saw but spotted dead ones behind the doors of bathrooms. Wasn’t a bad stay but the rooms weren’t clean at all. From my experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

The stay was okay, but I had to leave 2 days earlier and could not get a refund. An emergency came up and I had to leave. Also, didn't like the fact that the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. I had to go to laundry room for clean linens and towels. It was like I wasn't on vacation. I probably won't be staying there again. I think it's unfair that you can't receive a refund for service you were unable to get. I would not recommend properties like this!

Staff is nice, room was horrible. It smelled of smoke so bad that it got our stuff to smell like smoke. Everything was super dusty too and their vents look like they havnt been cleaned in years. Not good for the amount paid whatsoever

My room did not look anything like the photos. My room was very old outdated. I also did not feel safe on the property as there were people outside in the courtyard all day and night smoking marijuna and drinking alcohol. I would not recommend this place. I stayed at the Sonesta in White Plains New York and it was outstanding. I don’t understand how this hotel is the same brand as that one. This felt like a Motel 6.

This property is definitely not the worst but far from the best. I was in one room but it was disgusting. The carpet was nasty, the door had dirt everywhere, the sink had a strong smell, and the toilet was dirty. The room they moved me to was much cleaner but the carpet still needed attention. When I came to report the dirty room. The hotel staff were outside smoking weed with residents that live there. It wasn't the worst experience but I'll never recommend or stay here again

The room in itself were fine on our arrival, but when we arrived at our property there were people sat on our steps to go up to the property smoking, listening to music with a strong smell, did feel uncomfortable on getting pass but we did. Also due to personal circumstances we had to leave early so not sure how the rest of the stay would have gone but that was just the first part of it, so can’t comment on anything further. First impressions the room was fine but surroundings not so good.
