This house is a great location with over-the-top amenities!!! Communication with hosts were excellent. I had a lot of questions leading up to our visit and received very quick replies every time. The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Everything worked beautifully and they had everything available for us.A few items to note for future travelers are the bathrooms. We had all of the bedrooms full and all bathrooms are en suite EXCEPT the bunk room really doesn’t have one. Luckily the queen room downstairs was also occupied by other teens so they used that bathroom, although it is the tiniest restroom to be used for 6-10 people. The other bathroom issue was the main level of the house does not have a bathroom outside of the bedroom. It would be nice to have a half bath there but definitely wasn’t a deal killer. I love staying at rental homes because of the flexibility and space you get. We stay at VRBO probably 5-10 times per year. This is the only location that I have rented that does not let you control the thermostat. They were flexible enough to lower the temp for overnight but it felt a little like Big Brother. If you are one that likes to sleep at 68 degrees like we do, just know that may be an issue. One final comment is that I would 100% stay here again if/when the chance allows.
