Family friendly and easy to communicate with host. House was huge and wonderful for family. One of the boat lifts was broken and half up so even the stall was not even accessible so the 2nd boat had to be taken in and out and parked each day.

We did our family vacation here. Plenty of room for the family. The pool was great for the kids and grandkids. The house needs some TLC. The inside needed a good cleaning but still clean. The outside windows and patio need to be cleaned a lot of spider webs and bugs attached to them. The only problem we had and wished we would have know about it sooner was all the different levels. We had a family member who uses a cane and it was difficult for her to get around without someone assisting her. Overall the place was nice.
