Hotel looks new and well maintained. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great; quite a few items to choose from. Convenient kitchenette. Great location. Walkable. 2 restaurants across the street. Would definitely stay here again when in the area and don’t want to drive anywhere.

Overall great place to stay and will stay again. Some things are out of the customer or establishments control such as noisy guests or the family dog occasionally barking. Great breakfast, clean room, responsive staff. You won't go wrong here. The Legacy Museum is on in walking distance as well and the Riverwalk. Ideal for college student drop-off at ASU.
