Great place, with huge open kitchen and large covered back patio with firepit overlooking the water. The 1st floor king bed and bathroom counters were high, and most of our party were short, but we managed and would definitely stay there again. The owners responded quickly to all questions and requests. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Fantastic place to stay

This was more than a typical “fully stocked rental.” The owners made this place feel like home with a lot of attention to detail. Comfy, clean, excellent communication, and a perfect location for our family to stay and relax. For boat owners, I’d say that the ramp is a couple miles away and is where you’d store your trailer, so that could be a bit tricky if you only have one driver or one car, but the cove area by the condo is great and protected. We left the boat docked at the house the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. 5 stars!

Great stay at the lake!

This property was great and had everything we needed! It has one of the nicer updated patios with fans and great lighting for enjoying time outside. It is very quiet! Beds are high- this was tricky for my older parents. Great neighborhood near club and pool.

The Perfect Ren Faire Getaway

This is our third year at this property for our annual weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival. The accommodations are perfect and all very comfortable.The open Kitchen/Living Room easily fits the entire group and the covered patio overlooking the lake is spectacular!

The master bedroom had no bath towels and limited number upstairs. We were only 3 so not an issue but if more than 5 you will need to share or bring your own. The lock entry expires 24 hr in advance of check out so you're at risk of being locked out if everyone vacates to enjoy the lake the day prior to departure.

Bring your boat!

Great place to stay with 3 generations and a boat. Very convenient place to tie boat up right in front of property, and nearby boat launch/trailer parking too. Nice kitchen where we cooked our meals (we didn't want to leave!) but plenty of nearby restaurant options to boat or drive to. One master suite downstairs, second master suite upstairs, along with a bunk room, and an optional loft with trundle which is great to expand the sleeping options if you need. Game cabinet stocked with board games and coloring books for kids, good for the heat of the day, along with a small library upstairs in the loft. Covered outdoor patio with bbq and firepit available which would be great for the cooler season (we did not use). There is a ladder for lake swimming access but it seemed locked and we did not try to use since we had our boat. Plenty of all the extras such as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, filters, sweetener, seasonings ... automatic in-door chilled water and ice dispenser on the fridge ... such a great comfortable place to spend a weekend or longer.

My family and I were in the Montgomery area for the Renaissance Festival. The 6 of us enjoyed this property; it’s views of the Lake and all its amenities. Check in and check out was easy. I would highly recommend this property!

Overall our time there was relaxing. Swimming, fishing, boating, the view, and the house layout is perfect for multiple families. Well taken care of place. You can always tell when the knives are sharp. We refilled the propane tank for the grill. :) Upstairs tv sound is not working.
