The hotel looks in very bad condition and smells like humidity. The transportation from airport to hotel took more than an hour to get picked up and they keept telling me "15 min" while I was with around 15 other people waiting. After, when the driver finally arrived I understood there was a flight that was delayed and they needed to accommodate lots of people from that flight and they only had 1 Van to pick them up, however I am.a high believer that when you inform guests about what's the situation, we will understand and be more patient, but in this case there was no comunication once or ever. When I arrive to the hotel the staff in the reception apologized and was attentive however the experience was not great with anything else for me.

Estuvo bien, pero ese día estaba muy lleno y no tenían agua ni de cortesía, ni para vender, tampoco tenían cambio para las máquinas, el baño del cuarto no estaba muy limpio y considero que faltan algunas remodelaciones, pero en general para solo pasar una noche está bien
