I booked a room for one night close to the airport. Overall, the room didn’t feel very clean, but I didn’t think much of it at first. After showering and getting ready to sleep, I noticed a small cockroach on the ceiling, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the room phone was not working, so I had to go to the front desk to report the issue. The staff was polite, understanding, and quickly moved me to another room, which I appreciated. This has never happened to me before at a hotel, and while the staff handled the situation well, the property clearly needs better cleaning and pest control overall.

La habitación estaba muy cómoda, excelente ubicación, excelente precio. Solamente mejorar el olor de la baño, pues como que se había aseado con un trapo que maloliente. Las amenidades olvidamos en casa y desafortunadamente no tenían para apoyar nuestro olvido. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, personas muy atentos, instalaciones limpias y seguras.buena experiencia
