They have big groups of applicants for American working visas staying in a regular basis, and the hotel looks like a recruiting facility, besides they took like 2 hours to organize and do the check in. Absolutely stay away of this hotel if you travel with your family, is not family friendly.

They gave us an occupied room, then a dirty room, and then a room without towels. the carpet in the rooms and hallways was dirty, and the whole place just looks like it's falling apart

The property is old and not very well maintained. They had a dehumidifier in the hallway to try to control the humidity. The toilet had issues that we noticed right after checking in, the room telephone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to report it, they said they would send someone to check it but did not ask for our room number. We asked them if they wanted our room number, but the front desk said they already had it and would sent someone over, but they did not. We struggled with that the whole stay. For some reason there was no hot water on the last day of our stay, so that was a nuisance as well.
