Very unprofessional front desk personnel. The rooms look like a closet. I would not recommend this hotel at all. If need be, just stay at the airport but not at this place. I truly hope hotel.com will removed them from their site so other people do not go through the horrible experience we went through.

Stayed for one night since our flight got delayed eight hours, the gentleman in reception was very friendly and helpful, the hotel had airport shuttle included which was extremely convenient for us, they were able to take us to the airport at 3:30am. Very satisfied with our experience

Easy and efficient transport from the hotel to the airport. Transfers take place every 30minutes. Really convenient if you are having to stay overnight for an additional flight. Rooms are really nice, big and clean. Staff were very kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay!

The room was clean, but they need to improve their shuttle service. I called them twice for service, and they finally picked me up after 45 minutes. Considering the hotel is only 5 minutes away by car, they can definitely improve.
