This is not a hotel, its a nightmare

This is not a hotel. they dont have receptionist, they dont help with luggage hold before and after your stay. they dont respond quickly to your written communication even when they dont have receptionist present. they dont have a telephone number to call.

The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

En general, mala experiencia, colchones incomodos, mucho ruido, no de los otros hospedados, se escucha el mas minimo ruido, del agua, las escaleras, el uso de los sanitarios y regaderas en otroa cuartos, se escucha la circulaciin del.agua por el drenaje, las regaderas, etc. Creo que lo unico rescatable es la ubicacion, si vas a algun evento en la arena mty o cintermex.

Relación precio - calidad, está excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, yo me quedé ahí por qué fui al Hyrox 2026 y literalmente estaba cruzando la calle, me volvería a quedar ahí si.
