We were not able to use any of the building amenities because the property owner was past due on what seemed to me was property HOAs. I was acting as a go between the building manager and the owner, I only did this because I really wanted to use the grills. After many many messages and walking down to the building office many times, nothing was resolved. The apartment owner said they did not owe any but there were notices posted in the elevators showing which apartments were past due and this property was certainly on the list. The owner said he would take care of it and never did. He claimed he could not get a hold of anyone in management, but funny because I was able to talk to management. Needless to say, this was a great inconvenience since I was looking forward to grilling. Also, the covers were "dirty". When I informed the owner he said it was soap that did not come out. That to me is dirty and no matter how many times it's washed, if there is still soap on it, then it's still dirty. Soap can irritate the skin.The was only 1 very old pan, only 4 plates, bowls, and cups, and only 1 very old spatula. The kitchen was not well equipped and when I contacted the owner he asked what I needed but he never brought it to me. We are not really able to cook with limited kitchenware.The apartment is nice and roomy but the location is not ideal. I do not recommend this property due to the lack of attention and resolve from the owner
