1) Staff. Receptionists look angry and upset when you speak to them.
2) Details. a) Bathroom door is so heavy for ladies with nails, I invite one of the ladies’ managers to enter my bathroom and she couldn’t come out by herself.
b) No hand wash on bathroom, I needed to call front desk 3 times, only then they send a “soup manager” just to deliver the soup since house keepers are not allowed to have soup on their cars.
c) Remote control is not the original, so it doesn’t have source. I called the reception, and they send a technician I found the hidden bottom that control the TV before the technician arrived.
3) Maintenance. Baseboard of the bed has metal tubes that come out when you sleep or when the bed is made. I hurt myself on my feet, and I stained the sheets with blood that is when I decided to call the management the same manager that got stock in the bathroom like my wife did.
4) Although the restaurant manager was very nice, their mead has a lot of nerves I even joke to my wife and told her if she needs scissors. Managers offer to change the meat, and we requested a T-bone that it was little bit better. I least they have an excellent ceviche. If I come back to this hotel will be only for the ceviche.
5) No body made a formal apology.
6) At checkout I requested a shuttle that never came, and I needed to take an Uber. Of course, when I asked for the shuttle, the receptionist put faces instead of apologizing.
