Clean and Great Location

This hotel is clean (smells amazing), comfortable, and right in the middle of a plaza with restaurants, shopping, and a convenient store! It couldn't be more accommodating. The hotel shuttle takes you to near by places and to the airport for free. We used it almost every day. We loved our stay and will be booking this hotel in Monterey again!

This is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in this area or Monterrey as the area is quite industrial but this hotel has good facilities for restaurants and shops just nearby. The hotel itself is great, staff are really good, friendly and helpful. My room was good although the aircon couldn’t be controlled or turned off. However the staff, facilities and bar and restaurant are excellent. The eggs at breakfast deserve a special mention, superb! The minibus to and from the airport is a great feature also.
