Overall, our stay was decent but had a few inconveniences. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. The restroom also had a few cosmetic details that could use attention. On the positive side, the hotel was very quiet, which made it easy to rest. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming, always kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering good food options with a nice variety of protein and healthy choices. With a few improvements, especially regarding room maintenance and AC functionality, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

The hotel is old and run-down. It was undergoing renovations, and everything was dusty. The elevator was not working during my stay. On the positive side, the staff was good and very helpful. However, the continental breakfast was cold and not enjoyable.
