I made a mstake and selected one day after my arrival. My mistake. But I asked through Expedia to get a reimbursement since I was going to stay there anyway. They did not accept my request. I am a Hilton Gold member. It doesn’t seem that is important for them. Although the overall condition pf the hotel is ok, it requires an upgrade and improvement

Front desk clerk not very welcoming, also I requested extra coffee, I had to call back two hours later because nobody had brought it yet. I requested a quiet room, I was assigned a room where some big fans were right outside which it was loud! Dinner was good though.
