My one-night stay at the hotel was excellent! I had a layover flight, therefore I booked the room at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Very quiet. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also loved that is about less than a mile from the airport, which made everything even easier. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I liked the swimming pool amd that it's really closed to the airport. One staff member at frint desk was really rude. Each Room only had 2 towels and did not have a microwave nor a fridge.

NOT GOOD AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. AIPORT SHUTTLE TOOK 2 hours to arrive and go to hotel. Also room was not clean at all.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the bedsheets had visible stains, which was extremely off-putting. When we tried to contact the front desk to request clean linens and extra towels, the phone in our room didn’t work, so we had to physically go downstairs to ask in person. Even after doing that, the towels we requested were never brought to our room. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the advertised airport transportation. Unfortunately, this was also a letdown. The shuttle was overbooked, and we were packed in so tightly that some of us had to sit on top of each other just to fit. The driver began accelerating before passengers had a chance to sit down, causing a few people to nearly fall. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, unresponsive service, and chaotic transportation made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
