The staff especially Carry were delightful. The room had a great view but was a bit cold feeling. Breakfast buffet would have been a bit better for me if there were protein options like a hard boil egg. January is a great time to get away to Carmel! No fog no people and more time for exploring!

Staff at check-in was very courteous and welcoming. It's a cute looking hotel (unfortunately it is being replaced with a newer, but blah hotel). There is a heated pool and dry sauna available for guests. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very cute and aesthetic design of the building and architecture. Close to town center where you can walk everywhere downtown and explore! The front desk was so friendly as well!

The rooms are little old but it was clean. The rooms adjacent to the road side are bit noisy as the cars and trucks pass by. Otherwise it was nice place to stay for one night.

The room was clean. Comfortable mattress. Friendly and helpful staff. We didn’t have our dog with us this trip but have in the past as dogs are welcome and like it here! We had coffee on the balcony and enjoyed the view.
