She was very nice and pleasant with Great Customer Service intentions explaining the details of my stay at this wonderful hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was and service was top notch for me. The love the fact i had access to the 2 sister resorts which gave a variety. The resort also has a shopping center that was in walking distance so i was able to get souvenirs and snacks. The resort lobby is outdated and inviting, however you are greeted upon arrival with a glass of wine.

It was okay. Staff were okay, but never smiled, Specially the female staffs. Pool was full of dead bugs and flies like I mean ‘Full’ till 9:30 am in the mornings The entertainments were very basic, Not much interactive or fun Food was not the best Did not have the best time.

Venessa, Odain, Kimona, Alex, Louis and Hugh were all great staff members and there are many others we just can’t remember the names. We came for our honeymoon and the experience we had was beyond our expectations. Gym and food was great too. We plan on returning in 5 years!! Thank you guys again!

Everything is accessible. If you like a crowd you can go to the pool with all the entertainment. If you want to relax the elite club pool is quiet and relaxing. The beach is beautiful and very accessible to anyone. Excellent place to get away.
