My experience was terrible, nothing I was charged for was available except the breakfast (when requested). No staff, no housekeepng, restaurant and bar noot available, deck unusable, no hot water, no fridge, no accessories, no kettle or coffee maker, flooded driveway and muddy entrance .... I could go on. I checked out after two days (of the five) and went down the road to Hibiscus Lodge. I'd give a lower rating if there was one. I'm submitting a dispute.

No one was there to register me into the Resort when I arrived. I was left stranded in an area which appeared crime- ridden and quite threatening. I had to hire a stranger ( major risk) to find other accommodations. I did not stay a night in the resort and really think I should be refunded.

Not a pleasant experience

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and never was it cleaned once, didn't care so much since i made my own bed . Asked for new towels never received and there was a dead roach in front of my door. Breakfast was simple always eggs with toast and something new as a side. Didn't have any breakfast options. Only five parking spots in front of hotel and hard to find since the strret name is different that posted.

The rooms need renovations, especially the washrooms. The shower curtain had mold and the flooring tiles are very dirty and the washroom had a bad sewage scent. The property exterior is better kept than the rooms

My partner and i recently stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and what i loved the most was the excellent customer service i received from the moment i checked in at the front desk. The entire staff was pleasant and kind especially the male chef and Chris the bartender. The owners were pleasant. The place is clean, food and drinks were great!!! I will definitely revisit in the future!!

Absolutely wonderful team. Great service. From the front desk, to the gentlemen working the bar to the security guard who went above and beyond to help us with hot water. Wasn’t able to give 5 stars due to location that prevented us from being able to safely walk to get food at night despite being a couple blocks away and not having strong WiFi in our room. Yo be honest, this place has the potential to be incredible if they were able to make some crucial updates. If you rented a car or plan to be gone doing activities all day and night, it’s a great place to crash for a great price. But if you work remotely and plan to spend the majority of the time at your accommodation you may prefer somewhere else.
