Located right across the famous Doctor's Cave Beach ($8 per adult, $4 per child entrance fee per day, not included in the room price). Within 10 minutes drive from the Airport and a short walking distance to the free beaches, Starbucks, Margaritaville, Nightclubs, Casino, Shopping, and local restaurants.

- We take great care and pride in the cleanliness of our apartment upon your arrival because we want you to feel as if you were our first guests!
- We have a keyless entry system on the front door. This makes it very simple to come and go as you please, with no keys to hassle with and no coordinating a meeting time.
- I live close by and will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns.
- For your security only registered guests are allowed into rooms.
There are some stairs to get to the building before the elevator.
Housekeeping is provided before check-in. Additional housekeeping, fresh towels, fresh bedding during your stay is $20 per day.
Please remember this is privatly owned condo, not a hotel! We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest throughout your stay. We also provide body wash/shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper. Once those are finished guests will be responsible to provide their own, but it is easy to get more at grocery stores and supermarkets nearby (within 5 minutes of walking).
Locals and taxi drivers are often along the sidewalks of the Hip Strip.
The property is located on a busy street. Passing vehicles and music from nearby nightclubs can be loud at times. You understand and agree to these conditions when you book this property.

Q: Airport pick-up?
A: We currently do not provide transportation services.
Q: May I get a discount?
A: All discounts we currently offer already automatically reflected at your booking price. No personal discounts unless you already booked with us. If our price is over your budget, feel free to look to another place.
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: No. All of these are provided.
Q: Is breakfast included?

Q: Can you provide/recommend a chef/babysitter/nanny?
A: No. Please read the description to see what is provided.
Q: Are cooking oil, coffee, tea, condiments, etc. provided?
A: For sanitary reasons, since we are located on a humid tropical island, we do not provide any food or condiments.
Q: Late check-out? Early check-in?
A: Early check-in and late checkout should be requested in advance. Authorized early check-in and late check out is $40 per hour. Non authorized late check out is $200. We can only confirm early check-in/Late check-out on the day of based on availability. If we are unable to accommodate early check-in/late check-out, you can store your luggage at the lobby upstairs until check-in time (3pm).

A: Both! The property is located between Top Road and Bottom Road and has 2 entrances: one from Top Rd via El Greco entrance, suitable for cars, and the second one from Bottom Road right across from Doctors Cave beach via the main building entrance (walking only, stairs!)
