It is an older resort, but well maintained. It was exactly what we were looking for because it has a natural spring and mineral pools, great amenities, and great staff (if you are kind and respectful). Very beautiful grounds.

The staff was very friendly for the most part however, the breakfast restaurant and bar frequently opened later than the time posted. Additionally, we had requested red stripe, and Diet Coke be brought to our room four times and we never received it. Jacqueline from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean.

The Cansanova restaurant was supposed to be premier, but it was not. Food was not great. It was terrible, it was comparable to an average restaurant. The food on the resort was not very seasoned as expected to be in Jamaica. Very bland. Not enough to do on the resort and the beach front had very little beach and sand area, less than a mile long if that. And the sand was brown, not white. Overall, I'd give the resort a 3-1/2 stars.

Majority of staff were rude and miserable. Unfortunate, because the property is beautiful and relaxing. Experienced six unfavorable occurrences, including a fall in their restaurant, and was only compensated with a cheap bottle of wine. Will never return.

This was our first time to Jamaica. This place was the best all inclusive resort I’ve been to. Everything was perfect from the first day to the last. When you do all inclusive resorts you expect low quality food and service. Not with this place, I never had a bad meal! I would highly recommend this place and not just saying that! I never say I want to go the same place except for this one! We shall be back soon! 🇯🇲❤️✌️
