Needs maintenance

Overall the property needs better cleaning and maintenance. We had to purchase paper towel, toilet paper and dish sponge for the kitchen. The house had a musty smell and even the bed sheets. Also, the location is not easy to find and the roads aren't great either! If it rains your vehicle may not make it up the hill!!!
