We paid quite a lot for our stay and were disappointed with the room. It was very small, and the air conditioner was noisy, making it hard to sleep. We could also hear noise from other rooms, which added to the disturbance. On the positive side, the room was very clean, but overall it did not feel like good value for the price.

room was great, check in was a breezed, easy access to the beach....but the property around is old and very unappealing .....an alley way with ping pong tables...not a plant or flower just all rocks and old looking building I would not recommend this to anyone but it was good for my short stay. Would not stay again

Very clean. Quiet. Easy access to beach. One minute walk to town. Pool area was clean and spacious. Large ice machine was very convenient. My only minor complaint was the mattress. Not comfortable. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Our first visit to Montauk

Staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late. We had requested a first floor room as I am handicapped. We were told only 2nd floor rooms. The woman at the front desk went somewhere, came back and found a first floor room for us.. The room was nice, kind of small, but we managed. It was super clean and neat. The housekeepers kept it that way for entire stay. We needed and extra pillow and tissues. We called the front desk. They came by in just minutes. Lovely experience!

Such a convenient location! We left our car in the hotel lot and were able to walk around Montauk village to shop and eat! Hotel is steps away from Kirk Park Beach and provides chairs and umbrellas for guests to bring with them to the beach, such a perk! Will definitely be looking into staying here again for any future trips to Montauk.

What a pleasant surprise! This place may look like a typical roadside motel from the outside, but the experience it offers is far beyond that. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and far more comfortable than we expected. Everything felt fresh and cared for. The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 minute walk from the beach and close to everything in Montauk, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. It’s one of those rare places that under-promises and over-delivers. A truly lovely and memorable experience hiding behind a humble exterior. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first trip to Montauk, and staying at the Ocean Resort Inn guaranteed we will be back! The resort is walkable to the beach and provides beach chairs and towels, and also within walking distance to the main town where the shops and restaurants are located. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with outdoor seating right outside the door. The staff was extremely friendly and provided information on the town and suggestions on where to go, what to see, and what to do--perfect for first timers like us! We had an incredible time staying here and will absolutely be back.
