Situated atop a hill with amazing views, it is close to the heart of Montauk village , ocean beaches and one of the best surf spots on the east coast. It's got that old world "beach cottage" charm but with a beautiful, minimalist aesthetic. The open, airy layout is complemented by lots of windows and sliding doors that offer unobstructed views of the outside. If you like privacy, you will find it here and will have lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Tastefully decorated in a beach house, chic decor, this generously sized home ideal for those needing extra room. There are four full bedrooms, the primary bedroom being "on suite" with a private bath and two additional baths for guests. There is a great room with a high ceiling and exposed beams, ample inside and outside dining space, grill area and outdoor shower. If location is everything to you, this is your place!
