We had the oceanfront king suite, and the view was spectacular. I like to visit during off-season because it is not busy. A lot of restaurants are still closed, but you can still get into some of the nice establishments that open year-round. This is my favorite hotel in Montauk, and generally stay here when I visit. Can’t wait to go back.

Had an oceanfront room on the second floor. The view was excellent. The room was spotless, quiet and bed was comfortable. Had zero issues. The only thing that I can think of that would have been nice to have in the room is a microwave but certainly not a show-stopper. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The property is perfectly located. We’ve been coming here for years…Ocean Beach back then. Clean, newly redecorated rooms. Bathrooms need to be updated but very clean. Ice maker wasn’t working. When we checked in the person at the front desk was friendly and professional . When going down to ask about ice later in the day a different person at the front desk…a bit Rude. Overall we had a peaceful time. Exactly what we needed. Have a good summer!
