While the rooms were clean, the furniture & overall decor is very dark & dated. The maroon curtains, dark brown furnishings and dark grey rug all need updating to a more modern and beach style. That being said, the rooms & grounds were quite clean. The bedroom view is back of house with sheds and dumpsters.

Nothing Fancy - Clean & Close to everything!

We stayed in Montauk for one night so we could attend the Metallica concert at Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett. It was the perfect distance away! The room itself was nothing special, but it was clean & had everything we needed and they even let us in a bit early so we could get to the concert on time! Thank you for that!

What you see is what you get

Room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Worked well for our family of four. The pull-out couch bed could be better but we didn't have high expectations for that. Overall unit was spacious and suited us well for the trip. Loved being close to the stores and right across from the beach. Good value.

lets change the beds in the studio guys please they creek like crazy and since its a studio we have to have air conditioning in the living room we are running a summer spot it does get hot this is a sleep 4 unit.
