We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine

We DO NOT include: coffee beans, food, firewood, personal effects etc

We’ve cut out paper towels to reduce our environmental impact, and we have replaced paper towel with kitchen towels.

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.

-ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: Immediate eviction from the chalet

- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.

All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)

Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in.
Please make sure to take off your shoes in the chalet

Please ensure that BBQ is cleaned including the grease trap at the back. Otherwise there is a 75$ charge for cleaning. Please make sure that all grease, oil, fatty substances are cooled first and then thrown out in the garage, NOT poured down any drain.

Please wrap the grease trap with two layers of aluminum foil (located in the kitchen)
