Bed size not for 2 adultes ! Elevator only one working other guests said last time they were there both were broken! Very noisy room both me and my wife didn’t sleep all night! Next to the stairs noise doors opening and closing! It’s sad beutiful place and very nice staff!!

I gave the two stars because of the location, everything else deserves a lower than 1. The elevators didn't work therefore I had to use the stairs, even carrying my luggage and my infant. The room's kitchen did not even have essentials. I had to pay $22.00 per day to park and there were not enough parking spaces and the ones available were small and narrow. breakfast was of very bad quality and lack off it. The rooms and hallways were very dark.

There was only one working elevator the entire time, the breakfast buffet was terrible - scrambled egg overcooked, both the pancake and crepe machines were not working despite being out on display. They did not clean our rooms everyday and when we asked for towels they told us they ran out. The parking garage was also extremely tight. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
