For shared use: natural state property 25'000 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. Private: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 24.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 150 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises.
