the villa is a modern stile property and is surrounded by a spacious garden with perfectly maintained lawn a private swimming pool (7x11 mt. with an additional angle of 4x5 mt.), equipped with very elegant sun lunges and umbrellas, there is a covered patio with table and chairs and barbecue, where to enjoy al fresco meals with infinity view of the surrounding Tuscan hills.
Next to the pool are there is an internal SPA area with indoor heated hydro massage pool (3,80 mt. X 2,5 mt, 1mt depth) a sauna (4mq), Turkish bath 4mq. 2 heated relax beds, the area is closed by large glass doors offering infinity view, simply the perfect spot for relax!
For sports lovers, there is an 18-hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis
club as well.

The villa on its interiors cover about 340 sqm. And develops in two floors, the entrance lead into the living and dining area equipped with sofas and spacious dining table, an open plan kitchen very well equipped with stove, fridge, ice maker, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. the kitchen area open to the outside area with the covered patio which makes easy to bring meal outside.
The upper floor features 5 double bedrooms all with its own bathroom with walk in shower, sat TV, in three of these bedrooms there is one additional single bed.

A refundable security deposit of €700.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.

Tourist tax of 0,70 euro per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to
12years of age, people with handicaps with assistants are not required to pay the tourist
tax.
