We’re very appreciative of the pet accommodations and friendly staff. We enjoyed the hot breakfast as well. The only drawbacks are there were bugs in our room and we found also pet poop.

The stajff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was pretty good. The amenities were lacking. No toilet paper in the bathroom. One Small bar of soap for 2 people for 2 days.

Shower had hair in the tub, on the walls, and shower curtain. The WiFi didn’t work, TV is Roku so that didn’t work either. Loud toad noise and the AC would stop after an hour and the room would heat back up and you could turn the AC on for another hour. Absolutely reduculous!

The front desk was wonderfully helpful and friendly. We got to know them by name. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits, cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles. The building itself needs some TLC, an armchair was missing from our room (the ottoman was there) and a light bulb needed replacement, but the front desk was working to get things repaired. We are looking at to a return visit.

It took some time to check in due to training. Room TV didn't work, and someone had to come up and reprogram after some time. Phone did not work in room. Ceiling had leak. No hot water when showering and then no hair dryer in room. Had to go down to lobby for dryer which they did not have there and had to search hotel for one which made me late for my meeting. (The reason for staying)
