The room was beat up. Black mold was on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet didn't function properly. The bed sheets had tears. The lights from the parking lot lit up the room at night.

The rooms need serious cleaning. There was mold all on the ceiling in the bathroom. The tub and sink looks like they’ve been patched up it was not very appealing to the eyes. I asked for a 30 minute to an hour late check out and they said they weren’t offering them that day. That’s a very important courtesy especially to out of towners but I understand they aren’t required to allow it.

Only one soap in the room, dirty room (looked like floor never cleaned), bed sheets were dirty, terrible smell in the rest room, chair was cover with debris from snack, no working elevator, TV was half broken.

Bugs all over the bathroom (didn’t notice until time to leave because I didn’t go in the bathroom until then), checkout staff was rude and employees started banging on my door at 10am to tell me that I needed to checkout, even though I was told that checkout was at 11. Multiple people banging on my door, not just one, and they all had attitudes.
