Discover this 1-bedroom cottage in Monroe. Guests enjoy a welcoming space featuring a cozy queen bed and a terrific bathroom with a refreshing walk in shower. The living kitchen combo is very comfortable and fully equipped.
The living room has a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge ( also a queen sofa bed with comfy mattress topper) and smart TV mounted on the wall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances ( Dishwasher, Range/Oven, Microwave, Frig/Freezer and several other smaller appliances)
Fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans for cooking and coffee/tea provided.
The Cottage was built in 2026 and is 425 sf, but feels much larger with the 10ft ceilings and lots of naturel light that comes into the home. The cottage stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, guests find this delightful retreat a perfect home base. This was a really well use of the small space it is, being an ADU. We had everything we needed and the place is very new and nice, the AC is excellent.
