The staff was courteous. The rooms could use updating. I stayed at this same LaQuinta about 5 years ago. Nothing has changed . We only stayed for 7 hours. We use this LaQuinta as a stopover to go home. We haven't had the breakfast, so I can't rate it. The thing I was most disappointed with is the price. I paid 203 dollars. Nothing about this LaQuinta screams that it is a moderate place. I have stayed at places that are much better at half the price. I am seriously rethinking my stopover for my next trip to Orlando.

The first floor smelled like smoke, the elevator smelled like sewage and the room had a mold smell. Spider webs were visible on lamp shades, the dresser drawers wouldn’t close.
