Elevator was broken so having to lug things upstairs was not fun. Not sure if it’s a Monroe thing but toilet water was always yellow? Otherwise nice stay, breakfast was really good especially the biscuits and gravy.

We arrived at midnight and after checking in the desk agent informed us the elevator was broken but would be working in the morning. We had to haul all our stuff and sleepy kids up four flights of stairs. That was the only negative to our stay.

The only issue i had was at 10:20a housekeeping came open the door while we were in the middle of getting dressed and out of the shower. They teally should get a list of people who checked out before coming into rooms.

Having to park to far away from the entrance.

Parking was okay except I guess workers or some guests was taking up extra parking spaces by parking sideways with trailer that took up lots of space up front. The air condition in 216 was really loud made it hard to sleep. Everything else was excellent.
