We had the best experience at Home 2 Suites in West Monroe. The staff was very kind and made sure we were taken care of during our entire stay. It was easy to check in and easy to check out. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family. We will be back to stay here again next year, as we visit each year for basketball tournaments!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Home2Suites. They’re always the cleanest and best and have good breakfast. This is probably the worst one I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was awful and had a small selection. The choices available were pretty bad too. We just didn’t eat it. Trash pickup happened right outside our window like 4-5 times in one night and they just couldn’t get it done. We just didn’t sleep. The staff was extremely polite and professional. The place was mostly clean. I just probably won’t stay at this location again.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, which was surprising because we choose home 2 frequently because of the comfortable beds. My husband and I actually looked at buying the same beds that Hilton used for home 2 several years ago which made us curious as to why these beds were not comfortable, and after pulling all the sheets off discovered that this particular hotel is not using the same beds that other home 2’s use. The beds that Hilton has on their purchasing site for home 2 are not the same as the ones the west Monroe home 2 had. There were also stains all over the couches and the standards we expect for home 2 were not met.

Nice hotel! Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been! Looked like someone groomed themselves after the room was cleaned (hair on toilet and nail clipping on floor). I reported it to the front desk and they made it good!
