    Good location, nice neighborhood in Monroe. When I first arrived I had a problem with the keypad at the door. I phoned the owner and he immediately fixed the problem online.I was grateful for his quick response. Furniture is comfortable. Pictures are accurate.

    The location was great, rooms were spacious and it had everything we needed for a week stay. It was a safe area and that is worth a lot when I choose a place to stay away from home. The dining table was perfect to study at. Host was very responsive with any questions. Adequate seating in all rooms. The only downside was the beds were rather hard, but we managed. I already have it booked for the next time I am in Monroe.
