Property was great from the outside. But the bedroom and bathroom weren't clean at all. They had small insects coming out of the sink and it was very troublesome

4/10 Poor

Very undesirable people patronized this hotel; hallways were loud all night with doors slamming, people cursing and talking loudly. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a ‘cleaner’ odor throughout that smelled as if it were hiding an underlying bad smell.

Room was humid so the sheets and towels were damp. Only 2 towels in a 4 person room. No ice on property and no hair dryer provided in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The two front desk staff - were horrible and rude ! Stepping into the hotel and having a negative attitude and vibe ruin the stay. My hotel key somehow got deactivated and had to see them again. Once again , rude. The room was nice but the ambiance horrible.

I liked the location, price is attractive and generally nice staff at the front desk. Inside the hallway there was wired smell through out my stay but luckily nothing inside the room. I saw filthy stuff on the parking lot. I would stay away for family stay.

Overall it was just okay. The cleaning isn’t the greatest, found some hairs on the counter and tub. The beds were not good, dipped in the middle. The sheets were old and hot as well as the comforter, which smelled like perspiration. I was there mainly because my AC broke at home. The AC was great but had a terrible nights stay.

The staff was very hospitable, the only problem I had was with the cover that covered the bed, it smelt of urine which was clear that it was not changed before me taking occupancy of the room…thank goodness it was a double bed , so I use the other bed. Otherwise the stay was fine
