Nice rooms, clean kitchen area. Neighborhood feels a little unsafe...front entry way and access to elevators are locked by key card. Parking lot was large and very well lit.

The first room smelled like dog urine. It was not cleaned properly and up to the standards of a wood springs. Secondly, it took extremely long for them to find me another room, which was in the inconvenience to due to the fact that I had a loved one in the hospital the check-in process was simple but they forgot to give me Wi-Fi access which hindered me from effectively connecting to Wi-Fi to connect with friends and family although check-in was at 3 PM after all of the shortcomings and incompetence of the hotel I was not able to get to a suitable room until 11:30 PM and at that point I found out that the bedsheets were improperly cleaned which the hotel couldn’t do anything about at that time causing a flareup with my allergies. I was told by the front desk staff, and they do not allow pets in the room, but I did observe my own two eyes a fellow guess a couple doors down had a fairly large dog definitely needs to upgrade the amenities and the effectiveness and cleanliness of the staff of the hotel as well as proper customer service.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The bed was so uncomfortable that I barely slept, and the room itself was in terrible condition. The shower and bathtub were dirty, with hair left behind, and the towels had brown stains on them. The entire room had a strong odor, and I even woke up with a sore throat, which makes me think there may have been mold. While the third-shift staff who checked us in was very friendly and polite, the morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, the room was unclean, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
