We did a last minute stop in Shediac and were able to book into Hotel Shediac. We are so happy we did! The room was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be staying there if we find ourselves back in Beautiful Shediac!!

The management & staff provided poor service. At face value the hotel appears new & upscale. But in the room, a towel bar was coming off the wall, there were unpainted & peeling parts on the wall. The tables in the room were scratched.

Really nice, new hotel. Comfortable beds. Centrally located. Good bar with patio on the second floor - one of the only lively spots around in this very sleepy town - restaurants almost all close by 9pm, even on the weekends.

It's a newer hotel in a good location and the service was great. The problem was with the laundry room. After a cycle in the dryer lasting 90 minutes on High heat, the clothes were still damp. After informing the person at reception, we were told it usually takes a little more drying time for a full load as the machines aren't that good. So we pay again and it takes 90 minutes more to dry! It is not a timed dryer, so you need to wait until it stops. After complaining to the manager that we couldn't wait another 3 hours for the second load to dry, they put it into one of their commercial dryers and it was done in 20 minutes. We ended up wasting half the morning on laundry and couldn't get to one of the
