When I booked this reservation I asked to be on the Main level outside entrance. Didn’t get that. The plug to the bath tub didn’t work and I had to buy a plug from the dallorama to have a bath. Other than that we did have a nice stay. Always stay there when I go to Moncton.

They did not clean our room or even give us towels for the second night. There was a spider on our bed, couch was stained, room was in rough shape. Staff were not great, lines at front desk while second employee sat there on their computer (more than once). We will not be returning...

The rooms were clean and comfortable bed. The staff were swamped with check ins, but super friendly and helpful. The Housekeeping staff didnt knock before opening the door to clean the room well before check out time. A big hotel and it was full when we stayed. The vending machines for snacks do not take any kind of payment other than coins so that was inconvenient.

Room was clean bed and pillows incredibly comfortable Downfalls. Less options at breakfast buffet then they used to be. No face cloths in our room. And a bunch of teenagers running loose in the hotel without adult supervision, climbing on the workout equipment in the fitness room messing around in the laundry room Stopping driers by opening the doors, etc.

Pool was disgusting, hot tub was broke, weve stayed here multiple times within the last few years its a great family hotel bit it keeps getting worse every time.

Not for families and couples

We got a decent deal on the presidential suite. Our family, when possible, likes to book rooms with separate spaces to allow the kids a quiet space. In terms of the space of this room it was great! Also, the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Also it was a decently stocked free breakfast. This said our bed had what my wife and I called a ‘crevasse’. The biggest issue was cleanliness and smells. Different parts of the halls and even the room had a musky/moldy smell, which one of the sources became clear (see picture of the stairwell below). Our room had dust all over the floor, including bobby pins on the hard floor, blood stain on the wall under the sink, visible toys from previous people under the couches, smudged dining table ect. I guess it’s tough to want to lysol your whole room upon arrival. If your single and passing though town and the price is right sure stay here but if not I’m sure there far cleaner choices.
