Family was disappointed, booked a themed room which the kids have been looking forward to for the last month. Get there and had to wait 45 minutes to check in to be told that the room was unavailable and they put us in a king suite. Then was told that they would send up a cot at 8pm for my kid. Went to desk at 9pm looking for the cot, never got it until 10:30pm. The kids were excited to go to the pool but couldn't go because they had it shut down Sunday and Monday.

Nothing has been maintained properly. Graded carpets on stairs. Broken and unsafe items in rooms and building, like torn window screens, partial towel rod fixtures on bathroom wall, loose hang window frame molding on door to outside at back of building. Looks like routine cleaning hasn't been done in years. This is the worst maintained hotel I've ever stayed in. Since it was fully booked, you were constantly hearing someone complain about something that didn't work. I personally would not have felt safe if I had had small kids with me.

The bed seemed newer and comfortable, and the sofa bed was also comfortable. Otherwise… The hotel is VERY outdated. There was no ice available on our floor so we had to go to a different floor. The staff were nice. The breakfast was so so… Not that great, nor was the coffee. The area was nice and quiet, as well the hotel. We loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but it was disappointing there wasn’t any lotion. Good thing we had some lotion from our previous hotel. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it and our daughter started coughing right away as she has asthma, so we had to leave. The flooring around the pool had hair and other gross things on it.

We had to leave this hotel due to the condition of the room. The pull out couch was broken with a big sharp piece of metal sticking up, which was not safe for our kids. The hotel halls are a bit dark and stale smelling, not how the pictures represented it. The room had screws on the wall where we assumed pictures were missing? We scambled at 9:30pm, and spent more to find another hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, which amounts to a star on my rating.

Both times we left to go explore the area someone was in our room, one time just a couple hours after we checked in, on a two night stay there shouldn't be a need to enter your room given the fact that the signs in the room say they will clean, change towels and whatever every three days.
