Pretty semi-detached house of 110m2 sea view, 500m walk from the beach and bakery. In the area of Menton Garavan, close to the Italian border. House for 6 people (2 closed bedrooms and 1 open).
Less than 2km from the port of Garavan, with supermarket and restaurants.
A parking space is included with the house (right in front).
The house is duplex, living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 of which is en-suite to the bedroom with the two single beds. Kitchen open to the living - dining area which opens onto the outdoor terrace and offers a breathtaking 180° view of Italy at Cap Martin.

Beautiful Home in Wonderful Location

This home was the perfect end to our vacation. The house is wonderful with amazing views. It is well outfitted. The third bedroom does not have a door but is perfect for children. The property manager was very helpful and provided great recommendations. Only 15 minutes to Monte Carlo and Menton is a wonderful town.
