Relax in the historical heart of Menton in this charming ground-floor studio. The studio sleeps 2 people and would suit a couple or solo traveller looking for peace and quiet in the centre of this vibrant resort.

The elegant living space is furnished with a sofa which converts into a comfortable double bed. Next to this is a neatly fitted kitchen which includes a fold-down table for 2, an induction hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge.

The studio opens into a delightful conservatory, furnished with a day bed and café-style table and chairs, perfect for meals under the stars. The conservatory leads into a private, fully enclosed garden.

Location
Menton is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town, which is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of many of Menton’s main attractions such as the Baroque basilica of Saint-Michel Archange. The Sablettes beaches (7 minutes walk) are some of the most popular in the town, as is the Plage Fossan (also 7 minutes walk).

For an evening stroll, the town’s Vieux Port (10 minutes walk) is a haven for some of the world’s most expensive boats.

All the amenities that guests need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton’s main railway station is a 6-minute drive.
