The 40 m² apartment was completely renovated in 2020; it is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist apartment by the Menton Tourist Office (a mark of quality) and has its own separate entrance on the first floor. It is a 4-minute walk from the pedestrian zone, so you can visit one of the many seaside restaurants without taking the car. Public transportation is nearby.
