Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Location was great and communication was clear. Only downsides were no air conditioning or fan so the apartment was very warm at all times and unfortunately we were misinformed in regard to cleaning and changing of towels / bedding as this was not an option even after being upsold it at the beginning of the week. The apartment is great if looking to stay and use as a base to travel from, the pool area within the complex did not seem to be open and there was not much within the complex itself. The main downside for our experience was the lack of fan being on offer, as we had some very warm evenings whilst staying. Otherwise a nice apartment in a good location.
